The villa extends over several levels, and it is an exemplary residential building because of its open plan, which the slate roofing highlights from an aerial view.
A careful choice of material and its distribution in a balance of forms and surfaces realises a very personal continuity between interior and exterior. The predominant material is slate, which combines perfectly with the floated fine sand foundation and white marble, giving rise to an original chromatism of blacks and whites linked together by the grey of the cement and by the blonde tone of the prized Douglas fir.
